บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง “ความพึงพอใจของพนักงานต่อการใช้ระบบ Intranet เพื่อการสื่อสารในองค์กร” นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้ระบบ Intranet ของพนักงาน, ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของพนักงานต่อการใช้ระบบ Intranet และศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ของการใช้ระบบ Intranet กับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาระบบ Intranet ให้มีความสมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ พนักงานของบริษัทปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่ จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้ Intranet ในเรื่องการรับ-ส่ง E-Mail โดยมีระยะเวลาการใช้ 1-5 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ และใช้ E-Mail ในการสื่อสารทุกวัน โดยพบว่า เพศ อายุ การศึกษา ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ อายุการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้

ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากและพบว่า การศึกษา ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ อายุการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจ เพศ และอายุ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจโดยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้ Intranet ในระยะเวลาการใช้และลักษณะการใช้งานต่างกัน จะมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการใช้

Employee's Satisfaction towards the Uses of Intranet System for Organizational Communication : A Case Study on The Siam Cement Public Company Limited

ABSTRACT

The research, “Employee’s Satisfaction towards the Uses of Intranet System for Organizational Communication”, was done to study the employees’ using behavior of the Intranet, their satisfaction with the system and their relationship.
The results of the research were expected to be useful in improving the Intranet system.

This was survey research and the target group was 400 employees of the Siam Cement Public Company Limited (Head Office) who were asked to fill out assigned questionnaires.

The findings were that most employees tended to use the Intranet to send E-mail every day totaling 1-5 hours a week. Furthermore, sex, age, education, job position and job tenure all affected and had certain relationships with the using behavior.
The findings also showed that most of the target group was very satisfied with the use as a whole. Moreover, while education, job position and job tenure were co-related to the satisfaction sex, and the age were not.

It was also found that there was some relationship in the user’s satisfaction with the Intranet using behavior for different kinds of work.
